Rwanda invites bids for 15.5km road project
Rwanda Transport Development Agency is inviting bids without prequalification for the contract to rehabilitate and upgrade the Kibari–Gatuna (Byumba–Ngondore) and Byumba urban roads (15.53km) in the Gicumbi district in Rwanda.
The African Development Bank is funding the project.
