Guinea’s Ministry of Pre-University Education and Literacy invites bids for the construction of 40 classrooms for colleges in the regions of Kindia, Mamou, Labé, Kankan, Nzérékoré, and Faranah. The project is divided into three lots, and the expected duration is 180 days. The French Development Agency is funding the project. Bidders should have
