Uganda’s Ministry of Works and Transport invites prequalification for the upgrading of Kumi-Ngora-Serere-Kagwara Road (95km), including the construction of selected town and access roads (13km) to a paved bituminous standard.  It is expected that the bid invitation will be made in August  2025.The Islamic Development Bank is supporting the project. Prequalifications
