Transnet National Ports Authority has issued a request for proposals for the detailed engineering, design and construction of common user infrastructure for the Port of Richards Bay liquefied natural gas terminal in South Africa. The scope of works includes construction of berth 207, gas transmission pipeline and support system fabrication and
