Togo’s National Support Agency for Grassroots Development (Agence nationale d'appui au développement à la base) is inviting bids for the construction of photovoltaic boreholes with standpipes at 17 localities in the Maritime and Plateaux regions. The project is divided into four lots as follows: Lot 1: Construction works for portable water supply
