South Africa's TNPA retenders container terminal concession
South Africa's Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) has retendered its request for proposals for the appointment of a container-handling facility operator to fund, design, develop, operate, maintain, and transfer a container terminal at the Port of Richards Bay.
The concession period is 25 years.
