South Africa's Transnet National Ports Authority is requesting proposals for the appointment of a terminal operator to finance, design, construct, operate, maintain, and transfer a multi-purpose terminal handling fresh produce and compatible break bulk cargo for a 25-year concession period at Maydon Wharf precinct in the Port of Durban.The deadline
