Somaliland Roads Development Agency is inviting bid submissions for the upgrading of Lowyaddo-Zeila Road (30km) to bituminous standard, construction of a 7.0m wide carriageway, 1.5m shoulders, drainage, and other ancillary works.The flexible pavement structure comprises asphalt concrete surfacing (wearing course), a crushed stone base, and a gravel sub-base. The shoulders
