Rwanda’s City of Kigali is inviting consulting firms to express interest to carry out detailed engineering design and works supervision for more than 24 social infrastructure facilities and public spaces under its Kigali Informal Settlements Upgrading Project.The project is divided into two lots as follows:Lot 1: Detailed engineering design and construction supervision for
