The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock of Niger is inviting bid submissions for lowland development works (construction of 10 water mobilization structures/ small dams/spreading weirs/ pond development) in the regions of Tahoua and Zinder, divided into five lots as follows:Lot 1: Construction work of 2 spreading weirs and a sill
