Mali’s Ministry of Agriculture is inviting consulting firms to submit expressions of interest for conducting updating, control, and monitoring studies for the works of three micro dams: Ballabougou rural commune of Dioumara Koussata circle of Diema; Dangado rural commune of Madina Sacko, circle of Banamba, and Moro Moro rural commune
