Mali's Ministry of Agriculture is inviting consulting firms to submit expressions of interest for the preparation of preliminary design studies, detailed design studies, preparation of the bidding documents, and supervision and control of the construction works for 50 km of rural roads in the PARCB intervention zone.The project will be
