The Somaliland Roads Development Agency is inviting consulting firms to submit expressions of interest for road safety audit and road safety awareness and sensitization campaigns of the Lowyadayyo-Zeila Road Upgrading Project.The estimated duration of the project is 27 months, consisting of a 15-month construction period and a 12-month Defects Notification
