The Guinean Electricity Company is inviting consulting firms to submit expressions of interest for conducting the technical, economic, financial, environmental, and social feasibility studies for the Grand Kinkon hydroelectric power plant.The project is estimated to take 14 months, with a start date of July 2026.Interested parties may form joint ventures
