The Water Supply and Sanitation Access Program (PASEA) in the Democratic Republic of Congo is a large-scale infrastructure initiative. Its primary goal is to dramatically improve access to safe water supply and sanitation services for millions living in underserved regions, particularly in provinces such as Kasai, Kasai Central, Kasai Oriental, and Kwilu, and ultimately in nine provinces nationwide.
