Tanzania’s government is inviting consulting firms to express interest in four contracts under phase two of the Dar Es Salaam Metropolitan Development Project.The first contract is for a traffic management, mobility and parking study in the central business district areas (Upanga, Kariakoo, and Temeke/Chang’ombe) of Dar Es Salaam City.The call
