The Rwanda Transport Development Agency is inviting bids for the maintenance of Crete Congo Nil – Buhinga road (31km) in Rwanda. The contract duration is 12 months, renewable twice upon good performance and availability of funds. Interested parties are allowed to form joint ventures to enhance their qualifications. A site visit is scheduled
