Eng. Amanuel Mekonnen Hailemariam is a civil engineer and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over a decade of experience in project and construction management.

As General Manager of Ethiopian Association of Civil Engineers (EACE) and Vice President of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Ethiopia Chapter, he champions professional standards, leads national infrastructure initiatives, and drives sustainable development.

He holds a B.Sc. and master's degree in civil engineering from Addis Ababa University, and is a registered Professional Engineer in Ethiopia and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Amanuel is widely recognized for his technical leadership, commitment to capacity building, and active involvement in advancing Ethiopia’s engineering sector.
