Rachel Moré-Oshodi is the Managing Director and CEO of ARM-Harith Infrastructure Investment Ltd, a leading infrastructure and climate fund manager in West Africa.
With over 20 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and development finance, she has successfully structured and financed projects exceeding $7 billion, enhancing energy access, transport networks, and industrial infrastructure across emerging markets.
Her previous leadership roles include positions at TotalEnergies, Rand Merchant Bank, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and AES Corporation, spanning regions such as Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and is an alumna of Harvard Business School's Senior Executive Program for Africa.
