Zimbabwe Breaks Ground On Waste-To-Energy Plant

The 22MW facility is located in Harare.

Geo Pomona Waste Management has officially broken ground on its waste-to-energy project in Harare, Zimbabwe. The project is being developed on a site spanning 22,000 square metres and features five main components:  A 22MW grid-connected waste-to-energy plant; Urban landfills; A waste recycling and stabilisation plant;  A wastewater treatment plant;  Recreational facilities including three football pitches, two tennis courts
