Shelter Afrique Becomes A Development Bank
The move is expected to reinvigorate the housing bank.
The shareholders of Shelter Afrique have given the go ahead for the transformation of the pan-African housing and urban development financier into a development bank.
The approval was given on 5 October during the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders and will see Shelter Afrique renamed Shelter Afrique Development Bank (ShafDB).
