Savannah Drops Chad Renewables Plans
Solar and wind projects no longer being pursued.
The UK's Savannah Energy has disclosed that it is no longer actively pursuing the 500MW of renewable energy projects in Chad for which it signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in May 2022.The energy firm says this is the result of the government’s nationalisation of its oil rights and assets
