Nigeria’s Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved various road construction and rehabilitation projects across several states in the country. In late September, the council approved a contract to build a 258km section of the 1,000km Sokoto-Badagry six-lane superhighway, which will run from Illela in Sokoto state in the country’s northwest
