Mauritius Seeks Proposals For Tourism Projects
A new mixed-use precinct is planned at Palmar.
The Economic Development Board of Mauritius is inviting conceptual development proposals from potential investors and promoters for tourism-related projects at a planned mixed-use precinct in Palmar, in the Flacq district on the eastern seaboard of the island.
The masterplan for the precinct allows for the development of:
