Mali To Upgrade Key Corridor Roads

Government looking to rehabilitate sections of Bamako-Dakar corridor.

The government of Mali is set to receive US$219.8 million of credit from the World Bank for the rehabilitation and upgrade of the 137.7km Diema-Sandare road in the southwestern Kayes region.The route is part of the Northern Bamako-Dakar Corridor (NBDC), which links the landlocked country’s capital Bamako to Senegal’s Port
