Ghana Inks US$2 Billion Finance Deal With Seoul
Funds will support railways, roads and renewables projects.
The government of Ghana has signed a US$2 billion framework arrangement with South Korea's Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) to support its development agenda.
