DRC President Makes Inspection Of Rural Infrastructure Projects
The PDL-145T programme entails US$1.7 billion of investment.
The Democratic Republic of Congo’s (DRC) President Felix Tshisekedi in early October carried out his first overview tour of projects initiated under the Local Development Programme for the 145 rural territories (PDL-145T), launched in December 2021.
With a total estimated cost of US$1.66 billion, the PDL-145T is a public investment programme
