Deals Inked For Solar Project in South Africa
Merchant Energy and Red Rocket to work on 800MW project.
The Gauteng Provincial Government in South Africa has signed agreements with two of the six independent power producers (IPPs) that will develop the 800MW Merafong photovoltaic (PV) solar farm.The local Merchant Energy and Red Rocket will develop sections of the farm, which will be built across 1,600 hectares of land
