BOAD Inks Loan For Côte d’Ivoire Hotel Project
Construction of the hotel began in December.
The West African Development Bank (BOAD) has officially signed a CFAF9.2 billion (US$14.9 million) loan agreement with SPG Akwaba to support the construction of a four-star Golden Tulip Hotel in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
The 16-storey hotel will have a total built-up area of 20,000m2 on a land area equivalent to 6,653m2.
