Togo’s Urban and Semi-Urban Water and Sanitation Heritage Company is inviting bids for the construction of water treatment, storage, supply and distribution networks in Kara and surrounding areas.  The project is divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the pipelines, manholes, treatment plant and power system, while lot 2 covers the
