Rwanda’s Energy Development Corporation Limited is inviting bids for two contracts involving the design, supply, and installation of low voltage and medium voltage lines and service connections in Rwanda.The first contract is for a project in Bugesera district located in Eastern Province of Rwanda.The duration of the project is 18
