Nigeria’s Ekiti State Government is inviting consulting firms to express interest in the preparation of a masterplan, site layout, infrastructure, architectural designs and specifications and bidding documents for construction works in the Ekiti Knowledge Zone.Interested parties are allowed to form joint ventures to enhance their qualifications.The African Development Bank is
