Mozambique’s National Road Administration is inviting expressions of interest from consultants to develop the environmental and social framework instruments for climate-resilient roads. Consulting firms should have at least 10 years of experience in similar projects and can form joint ventures to augment their skills. The World Bank is supporting the project.  Interested parties
