The Intergovernmental Authority on Development - Djibouti is inviting expressions of interest from consultants to perform a feasibility study on The Juba-Shabeele Transboundary Aquifer, a partly confined aquifer system shared by Ethiopia and Somalia. The task of the consultant is to set up guidelines for groundwater exploration, management, and protection and
