Benin's General Directorate of Energy is seeking to appoint consultants to provide control and supervision services for the construction and densification of electrical energy distribution networks in 12 departments of Benin. The project to increase access to electricity, which supported by the World Bank, is divided into three lots: Lot 1 covers 372 localities
