Construction work 90% complete on cement plant in Mozambique
Construction work on the new 1.8Mt/yr Dugong Cimentos plant in Matutuíne District, Maputo Province, Mozambique is 90% complete.
The new Dugong Cimentos cement plant cost US$330 million and was paid for by private Chinese investors, according to the Mozambique state-run newspaper Noticias.
