Uganda Breaks Ground On Cement Plant
The facility will produce 6,000 tonnes a day of clinker.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held on 12 September to launch the construction of a clinker and cement production plant in the Moroto district of Uganda. President Yoweri Museveni attended the ceremony.
The factory is being set up by West International Holding, a subsidiary of China West Cement. China Railway 20th Bureau Group
