Norway's Scatec Sells Off African Hydro Portfolio
TotalEnergies has agreed to buy SN Power.
Norway’s Scatec has agreed to sell its African hydropower subsidiary SN Power to France’s TotalEnergies as it looks to focus on its core business of solar, wind and battery energy storage projects.In so doing, it is divesting from its African hydropower joint venture with Norfund and British International Investment (BII).
