Mali Launches Work On Two Solar Plants
Some 400MW of solar facilities being built in country’s west.
Mali’s interim president Assimi Goita has presided over the groundbreaking ceremonies for two solar power plants in the west of the country following the groundbreaking ceremony for the 200MW Sanankoroba solar facility on 24 May.The US$198.8 million Sanankoroba plant is being built by NovaWind, a subsidiary of Russia's state-owned Rosatom
