Madagascar Courts Power Sector Investors
Country looking to reduce its dependence on fossil fuels.
The government of Madagascar has estimated that US$4.3 billion of investment will be needed in the power generation and transmission sectors to reach its renewables penetration and energy access targets by 2030.The figures were revealed by energy minister Olivier Jean-Baptiste at the Africa Energy Forum in Barcelona on 26 June
