KenGen Considering Small Hydro Projects
Pre-feasibility study to look at redeveloping existing plants and new projects.
Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KenGen) is looking into options for the development and rehabilitation of small hydropower plants at various locations in Kenya. Consulting firms have been invited to express interest in conducting a pre-feasibility study by 20 May.KenGen currently operates five small hydro plants with a total installed capacity
