The Helios Climate, Energy Access and Resilience (CLEAR) fund has achieved its first close, securing about US$200 million in anchor investments from eight institutions.Managed by Africa-focused private equity firm Helios Investment Partners, the fund has been set up to invest in and develop sustainable, climate-aligned companies and assets to accelerate decarbonisation
