Edo Government Hands Over Land For Housing Project
The project involves building 1,440 units on 70 hectares of land.
The state government of Edo in Nigeria has handed over land to four local developers to kick off the second phase of the Emotan Gardens housing project in Benin City, the state capital.
The Edo Development and Property Agency (EDPA) completed the handover in mid-August.
