China has committed to refinancing and completing two railway lines.
China has committed to refinancing and completing the Abuja-Kano and Port-Harcourt-Maiduguri railway projects in Nigeria, the Abuja State House has announced.
China’s President Xi Jinping reportedly made the pledge on 18 October during Third Belt and Road Forum For International Cooperation in Beijing.
