V&A Waterfront is partnering with the UK’s InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG Hotels & Resorts) to redevelop the Table Bay Hotel at the Victoria & Albert Waterfront in Cape Town, South Africa.Inaugurated in May 1997 by former South African president Nelson Mandela, the hotel will close at the end of February
