The City of Cape Town has launched an anti-extortion campaign under the slogan ‘Enough is Enough‘ in a bid to clamp down on the construction mafia that is targeting work sites and delaying vital infrastructure projects. “We have seen a very noticeable uptick in the number of extortion attempts or incidents
