State electricity utility Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) has signed a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with independent power producer (IPP) Sinotswana Green Energy for a 100MW photovoltaic (PV) solar power plant in Botswana’s southern town of Jwaneng.The IPP comprises a consortium of Chinese and local companies including China Harbour Engineering
