BOAD Gets US$109 Million For Climate Change Mitigation
Italian Climate Fund subscribes to hybrid bond from West African bank.
The Italian Climate Fund has subscribed to a €100 million (US$109.5 million) hybrid bond issued by the West African Development Bank (BOAD), said to be one of the first euro-denominated hybrid bonds for climate change mitigation issued by a multilateral bank.The funds will be used to build and rehabilitate infrastructure
