AfDB imposes conditional non-debarment on Botswana firm
The decision relates to a corrupt offer made during a tender process.
The African Development Bank Group (AfDB) has placed Unik Construction Engineering under a conditional non-debarment for a period of 12 months, effective from 11 October 2023. The move brings to an end sanctions proceedings for a corrupt practice against the Botswana-registered firm.
