AFD Provides US$85 million For Rwanda Hospital Project
The Ruhengeri referral hospital will be redeveloped.
The French Development Agency (AFD) has agreed to provide €79 million (US$85 million) in funding to the Rwandan government to support the redevelopment of the Ruhengeri referral hospital in the Musanze district in northwestern Rwanda.
The rehabilitation project will increase the hospital’s capacity from 320 beds to 550. All the existing buildings
